SINTELPV

Sistem inteligent pentru controlul extremal al panourilor fotovoltaice cu orientare variabilă

Standul experimental

The architecture of the SINTELPV platform is:

The experimental installation has 6 photovoltaic panels, PV1 ... PV6, two fixed panels without microinverters (PV3 and PV4), two fixed panels with microinverters (PV1 and PV2) and two rotative panels with microinverters (PV5 and PV6). The fixed panels can be directly connected to DC current loads or two storage systems. The other panels with microinverters (PV1, PV2, PV5, PV6) are first connected to electrical measurement equipment and then to the grid.

The human-machine interface (HMI) can be installed on an embedded system(Rasberry PI with a LCD screen) or directly on a PC.

Both the weather station and the microinverters send the acquired data through wireless communication to gateways (WGI and WSC) which centralize the data and send them further to the HMI.

The motors of the rotative system are two linear motors (MB and MA), which require 24 V DC.

Shortcut Explanations
PV1, PV2 2 fixed PV panels (215 W) with microinverters
PV3, PV4 2 fixed PV panels (215 W) without microinverters
PV5, PV6 2 mobile PV panels (215 W) with microinverters
PFI1, PFI2 Microinverters for the fixed panels
PMI1, PMI2 Microinverters for the rotative panels
MB Linear motor(24VDC) for rotation on the vertical axis
MA Linear motor(24VDC) for rotation on the horizontal axis
WGI Wireless gateway which receives data from the microinverters and sends it to the HMI
SM Weather Station
WSC Wireless Consolte which acquires data from the weather station and sends it to the HMI
